Your first visit gives us time to get to know you, review your health history and concerns, discuss your goals, and create your personalized women's healthcare plan.
If you're due for your annual, your annual women's wellness visit can be completed as part of this visit when appropriate.
First month: $249
Then: $149/month

Join after a brief review
You don't need to repeat an annual visit just to join HerGlow. If you're up to date on your preventative care and simply want Gold Ivy to become your ongoing women's health provider , you may be able to join at $149/month after we review your health history and relevant records.

Why Private Pay?
Gold Ivy does not bill insurance for your visits.
Our private-pay model allows us to provide longer appointments, greater access, and more personalized care without designing your visit around insurance restrictions.
You can use your insurance for eligible labs, prescriptions, and imaging when applicable. HSA/FSA accepted.

Laboratory charges (blood work, specialty testing, etc.)

Imaging charges (mammograms, ultrasounds, CT, etc.)

Medications (Prescriptions sent to your pharmacy)

Pathology or cytology fees (e.g pap results, may use insurance for this if covered)

Specialty testing (such as Evvy or other advanced testing)

Outside specialty service charges (referrals to specialist, surgery, etc)
