You Deserve care that listens
you're not alone.
Most of the women I see come in saying the same thing:
I'm exhausted no matter how much I sleep
I can't lose weight like I used to
My libido is gone
I feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just not like myself
Recurrent vaginal infections
Pelvic pain
And most of the time... they've already been told everything is "normal."

We do things differently here. We actually look deeper. Which means:
More time:
Visits designed so you actually feel heard and understood
Personalized care:
We look at the whole picture to get to the root of your symptoms
Whole woman wellness:
Hormones, metabolism, intimate health, and longevity- all connected
Evidence-based solutions:
Thoughtful, effective treatment plans that work for you.

About Us
Women’s health should feel personal.
Gold Ivy Wellness was created to give women a different kind of healthcare experience — one where you have the time and space to talk about what’s really going on and feel genuinely heard.
Led by Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Lexus Childs-Harris, Gold Ivy provides personalized care for women through every stage of life, with a focus on hormone and metabolic health, perimenopause and menopause, vaginal and pelvic health, sexual wellness, and healthy aging.
Our approach looks beyond individual symptoms to understand the bigger picture. Whether you’re struggling with fatigue and weight changes, recurrent vaginal concerns, painful sex, low libido, hormone changes, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, our goal is to help you understand your body and create a plan that makes sense for you.
We also believe feeling your best can include how you feel in your skin. Our longevity and aesthetic services are thoughtfully selected to complement your overall wellness and support natural, healthy aging — never to change what makes you you.
At Gold Ivy, you’re more than a quick appointment or a list of symptoms.
You deserve care that listens.
You deserve to feel like yourself again.
