I’m Lexus, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and women’s wellness is the core of my practice. I believe women deserve care that is thoughtful, unrushed, and personalized.
At Gold Ivy Wellness, you’ll experience:
• Longer visits
• Individualized treatment plans
• Local in person care and telehealth options
• A calm, supportive environment
• Ongoing guidance, not one time appointments
This is healthcare designed to support your life, not interrupt it.
How it works
FAQ
Do you take insurance?
At this time, Gold Ivy Wellness does not accept insurance. We operate as a private pay practice so we can offer longer visits, personalized care, and treatment plans that are not restricted by insurance limitations.
This allows us to focus on what your body actually needs rather than what an insurance plan will approve.
Why don’t you accept insurance?
Insurance based care often limits appointment length, follow up frequency, and treatment options. Many women are left feeling rushed, unheard, or told their labs are “normal” despite ongoing symptoms.
By not contracting with insurance, we are able to:
• Spend more time with you
• Individualize your care
• Offer proactive and preventative support
• Adjust your plan as your body changes
• Provide membership based care with continuity
Our goal is to support your health, not work around insurance rules.
Can I still use my insurance in any way?
Yes. Many clients still use their insurance for parts of their care.
Depending on your plan, you may be able to:
• Use insurance for lab work ordered through an in network laboratory
• Submit receipts for possible out of network reimbursement
• Use HSA or FSA funds to pay for visits and services
We are happy to provide detailed receipts to support these options.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Most women’s health services, consultations, and memberships are eligible for HSA or FSA use. We recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator if you have questions.
How much does a women’s health consultation cost?
Pricing varies depending on the type of visit and services discussed. All pricing is reviewed transparently before moving forward so there are no surprises.
Our focus is on creating a plan that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer women’s health memberships designed for ongoing care, follow ups, and long term optimization. Many women choose membership care for consistent support, easier access, and continuity.
Membership options are reviewed during your consultation to ensure the right fit.
Is this care right for me?
Women’s Health Optimization is ideal for women who:
• Want personalized, proactive care
• Are open to investing in their health
• Value ongoing support rather than one time visits
This may not be the best fit if you are only seeking a quick prescription or insurance based care.
How do I get started?
The first step is to book a women’s health consultation. During this visit, we’ll review your symptoms, health history, and goals and decide together what support makes the most sense.
